When I boot into recovery I see,

RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING

What exactly is the difference between a recover that is SEANDROID ENFORCING and one that is not SEANDROID ENFORCING?

Trying to find out what SEANDROID is, I found that it's just the Security Enhanced Extensions for Anrdoid. Cool, on Linux we have SELinux. But what difference does it make if my RECOVERY IS SEANDROID ENFORCING
