I’ve seen several articles like this, that show how to create a lock screen shortcut on my version of Android (8.1 Oreo), but I can’t seem to figure out how to create one that replicates behaviour of the Direct dial launcher widget from the Contacts app.

Using the Activity Launcher app, I was able to find the package name and activity (com.android.contacts/alias.DialShortcut) — but how does one specify the number to dial in the settings put secure sysui_keyguard_right command?
