I am doing some Android kernel development and would like to be able to quickly flash a kernel and reboot my phone to test my changes. Unfortunately, whenever my phone starts up, I can't access the phone over ADB until I have unplugged and replugged the USB cable, after which I can use adb as normal. I really don't want to have to unplug and replug the device every time I want to test my changes. Is there a way around this, where my device will become available over ADB as soon as it starts up?

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300.
