This question already has an answer here:

Every morning around 5 AM and in the evening around 4 PM, some app installed on my phone tries to reach out to the test.com website or other sites such as arlo-banners.weareenvoy.net. I suspect it this happens several time during the day but only gets blocked by my ISP provider when I'm at home.
How do I find out the app that is attempting to open those urls?

This can be done with iptables if you have root. Some apps also claim to work using VPN API but I never tried. – Irfan Latif Mar 26 at 13:31
