Is not dangerous because listen only on localhost, but on my android phone P9 lite I found this port open

tcp        0      0 ::ffff:  :::*                    LISTEN      -

On linux I can use

sudo lsof -i tcp:36225

But on this phone I don't have root access and no sudo installed

Is possible to discover which app is opening this connection without root privileges?

  • Without root you can get UID of the process from /proc/net/tcp (or using app Netstat Plus) but not PID. Later requires access to /proc/[PID]/fd which is only readable by root. – Irfan Latif Mar 31 at 17:51
