I've been trying to download the Teamviewer addon app for Samsung on my S9+ (SM-G965F), but I keep on getting a 'Can't install Add-On: Samsung' error message (no code is given). The device is not rooted and is basically unlocked since I can use any operators sim. I've tried restarting my phone, clearing cache on Google Play store, clearing Data - nothing seems to work.

Is there anyway around this?

  • Please edit your question and add the exact device name and version shown in Android settings. Samsung sells different devices with the same name. Is your device branded by an MNO or is your device rooted? TeamViewer add-ons only work on very specific devices - if the device does not 100% match you can get this error. – Robert Apr 12 at 11:10
