My Samsung Galaxy S8 has not suffered any water or impact damage. It just stopped working all on it's own. I have tried to go through the forced restart/reboot procedure - ie - holding down the power button and the volume down button. I have also tried the recovery mode restart - holding down the Power, Volume up and Bixby buttons. None of this has worked. The phone occasionally vibrates. It also brings up the "Samsung Galaxy S8" start up screen but will not progress past it. It did display some 'code' information at one point but not again. I managed to take a picture of this which I have attached. There are some photographs on the phone that are not backed up that are very important.

The code/error message reads:

#fail to open recovery_cause(No such file or directory)#

#Reboot Recovery Cause is [UNKNOWN]#
