After the last common reboot of my Samsung Galaxy J5 I get (and still see now) very strange screen. I have absolutely no idea - what this is? I did not even think about any software or firmware update. Also automatically software updates were even disabled in the phone settings.

Text on the screen:

FACTORY MODE
DOWNLOADOWNLOAD SPEED: FAST
PRODUCT NAME: SM-J530FM
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
FAP LOCK: ON
OEM LOCK: ON
Secure Download : Enabled
WARRANTY VOID: 0 (0X0000)
AP SWREV: B:6 K:3 S:4

Downloading...
Do not turn off target

This mode can usually be entered by pressing power + volume key at boot time. If it happens once you may accidentally have pressed these keys. If it happens every time most likely the volume keys are defect so that the phone thinks that they are "pressed" all the time. – Robert May 26 at 17:09
