I just recently upgraded my OnePlus 3 to the Android Pie version which has been release for this version of the phone. But now I encountered an issue. Every time I try enabling Wi-Fi, it loads a little bit and then grays out again, doesn't show any networks - nothing.

I tried everything and in the end I debugged my phone with adb and saw an error message in the logs. Maybe someone is able to help me out so I can use Wi-Fi again soon.

The beginning of the error message looks like this:
