How to check if device support eSIM?

I'm using Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2.

I found there's Mobile Plan in Network & Internet settings.

But I'm not sure it is for eSIM.

When I tap on it, says :
"Network has no known provisioning website"

So how can I check either in my device or any other?

  • Esim depends upon carrier and mobile manufacturer. Top end devices like pixel, apple, nuu and top smart watches support esim. In India Airtel and reliance jio support esim. I think Asus doesn't have such feature even if it is pure android from Google. – Rahul Gopi Jun 27 at 15:34
  • Very sad. Thank you for your time and efforts. – Swapnil Jun 27 at 15:39

To see if it support that, check manufacturer specifications. If those aren't available in detail, https://gsmarena.com is a great resource

  • Can you tell how to check if device support or not? – Swapnil Jun 28 at 16:54
  • @Swapnil generally check manufacturer specs or specs from sites such as GSMArena – linuxandria Jun 28 at 17:37
  • thank you. I'll check. – Swapnil Jun 28 at 17:40
  • Website you mentioned doesn't provide true information. – Swapnil Nov 7 at 8:07
  • @Swapnil it's not 100% accurate no. That's why I suggested before you check there, check with your manufacturer – linuxandria Nov 7 at 19:41
