If you have granted Termux permission to use Internet via mobile, wifi, etc, AFwall+ will not block them and they should all be able to go through. – Reddy Lutonadio Jul 2 at 11:08
  • However, they are not. If I disable AFWall+ completely, then it works... – rdrb Jul 2 at 13:00
  • Are you executing curl, git, pip from Termux? If so, those must be running with UID of Termux app which you have whitelisted in AFWall+, thus should not be blocked. What UID do you get in AFWall+ logs of those blocked process? Can you ping 1.1.1.1 from Termux? – Irfan Latif Jul 2 at 19:03
  • Are you executing curl, git, pip from Termux? - yes. – rdrb Jul 4 at 4:57
  • "If so, those must be running with UID of Termux app which you have whitelisted in AFWall+, thus should not be blocked." - I guess they are... but nevertheless, they are blocked... Just to be assured: does YOUR utilities have access to internet with termux only being allowed in AFWall+? "What UID do you get in AFWall+ logs of those blocked process?" - it's hard to get logs in time in AFWall+, but I'll try... "Can you ping 1.1.1.1 from Termux?" - no, still no access... – rdrb Jul 4 at 5:07
