My Samsung Galaxy A3's power off button didn't work, so I held the Power off and Home key for 5 seconds which brought me to a custom OS warning. It showed that I could cancel and restart if I pressed Volume down, but the problem is that my Volume down key is stuck because of super glue, so I was forced to download the custom OS in order to exit by pressing Volume up. When my phone restarted, it got into safe mode. I already tried to turn it off by the notification, powering it off and waited 2 minutes and deleted apps but safe mode won't go away.

Your phone will boot into safe mode each time you power on as long as Volume Down Button stucks pressed – alecxs Aug 11 '19 at 12:09
  • Get rid of that stuck button, somehow. That will keep on triggering the safe mode, as @alecxs pointed out. – Wrichik Basu Aug 13 '19 at 15:33
