Some apps are installing constantly and when I delete those apps, they again get installed. Quick Heal mobile antivirus shows that these are malware and resolve the problem, but sometimes they are again installed . Also sometimes my mobile phone shows a notification which is like "send data", "receive data".

Please help me. What can I do?

  • Go to the Security section in Settings and Ensure that the option "Install apps from unknown sources" is turned off. – BuddingPhysicist Aug 13 at 13:39
  • Backup your data and perform a factory reset. If afterwards the malware apps are still this means the malware has root access and therefore you need to totally reinstall the system firmware. Get a fresh firmware from the manufacturer or a trustworthy custom ROM and install ist. – Robert Aug 13 at 14:04
  • You are using an obsolete Android version. It is best if you switch to a device with the latest Android version which also receives regular updates. One way or another your device is bound to be compromised again given the age of OS, it's widespread use and malware authors' affinity towards it. – Firelord Aug 13 at 14:05
