I have a Micromax Bharat 3 Q437 with Android 7.0. I want to root the device. I have already tried many rooting softwares such as Kingoroot, but all those softwares couldn't find any exploit on the device and failed.
So, my last chance is to use TWRP. But, when I went to it's official site, the device model was not listed there, which means that most probably, my phone's model isn't supported by TWRP.

So, what else can I do to root my phone? Please help. Also, if anybody have successfully rooted a Micromax Bharat 3 Q437, please notify me and tell me the process.

  • Your device uses a Mediatek (MTK) chipset. MTK devices are flashed using SP Flash Tool. If you want to root you need a custom recovery, this tool, and a scatter based ROM (usually stock ROM) to flash the custom recovery on the recovery partition. TWRP for MTK devices usually come in generic form instead of device specific, so "TWRP for XYZ device" search query might not work, but "TWRP for Mediatek MT6737M" would get you results. This is all I can give. The rest depends upon your determination on how to use these pointers. – Firelord Aug 28 at 21:35
