I am really smart and broke both the power button and volume button when replacing the screen on my Google Pixel 3a. (Stuck the razor in the wrong slot)
Anyway, the screen works and I can tell because it shows a % indicator when I plug it in. If I can turn on the device, I should be good to use the phone without having functioning buttons.
However, I can't turn it on. Every method I looked at requires at least one functioning button.
I did find one method that uses ADB (a command line Andriod debugging tools)
It won't work because it doesn't recognize the device. I tried manually installing the driver, and it still doesn't recognize the phone.
Is there anything I can do or did I just brick my phone?
