I have a rare android tablet that twrp doesn't support. So I'm rolling my own TWRP recovery for it.

I only have root access via command line. Not via Magisk or SuperSu. I have created copies of all my device's partitions via dd from a root prompt via adb.

How can I take these partition files and create a flashable twrp zip from them?

Create a shell script and put that as update-binary in TWRP flashable zip. What are names and sizes of dumps of all partitions? Do you want to pack them all inside zip? Do you have that much space on internal memory or external SD card? Btw, you don't need to (and should not) flash all partitions but only those which are possibly changed. – Irfan Latif Nov 6 '19 at 20:06
