I am using a smart phone with USB tethering via USB-C while also using the phones built in wifi and the built in hot spot function all at the same time. Dell WD19 docking station is utilizing the LAN port dirctly plugged into the router. USB-C plugs into phone which allows Samsung Dex to convert the imagr onto a smart tv.

I just received from latest Android update which allows my device to hotspot its connection (no cellular data, only wifi hotspot).

I noticed some odd network behavior and I was curious if anyone could explain a quick summary of how the routing is taking place in the logs below.

Is this normal as far as just having a standard home wifi setup using standard ISP along with an average router model? Sometimes I use Quad9 VPN but I am more interested in this "tun0 table 1042 proto static scope". Can someone help explain what is taking place? (Sorry for the log format)
