I have Android 4.4.4 phone(maybe old but it is enough for me). There is one thing that I can't understand yet:I can play videos at 720p and 1080p in browser but can't play at Youtube app with same resolution. In phone max quality is 360p(No idea why). Now it lowered to 144p and in video playback settings I couldn't find quality selection.I thought it is problem with codec and installed VLC. Not worked. Disabled default android video player. Not worked again. Used VPN but not worked too. What I must do for solving this problem?

  • To get the best quality of YouTube play out needs to be a Signature device //Obviously an old device won't figure in the list – beeshyams Aug 27 '20 at 7:16
