I'm trying to find a way to stop users from being able to change Chrome's settings on an Android device. The main focus in not letting people turn on saving passwords, as multiple people share the device. I know I can use parental control settings to lock the users to chrome, but I need to stop them from being able to save passwords.

Preferably a way to do this either through parental controls, a google account etc. I know MDM/EMM Solutions can fulfill this put I would prefer if this is not the way.

If the device is dedicated for Internet browsing only I would recommend to use a "Kiosk app" which limits the device to a web view. – Robert Mar 19 at 7:58
