I have a Huawei phone running Android 9. My phone has no storage. I do not mean 0 bytes of storage remaining, I mean 0 bytes of storage total. When checking files, I get the message "Storage device has been removed".
Home screen -> Files:
Press "Files":
Press "OK":
Press "Categories":
Press "Me":
I cannot access any apps, I simply get the message "preparing apps".
This is still the case if I leave the phone running for 2 minutes or 2 hours.
The "clean up" screen CORRECTLY shows my phone at 63GB storage used out of 64GB total storage:
The above images taken without an SD or SIM card. They are exactly the same if I add an SD card, and are exactly the same if I add a SIM card.
(Black squares added to hide the face of myself and my girlfriend)
Progress edit: The message "Android System - User data locked" appears in my notifications. According to my phone I need to "log in" to access it, but obviously as I'm in my phone I have already inputted my password. I cannot remove my password.
