I dropped my android phone in water accidentally and now I can't hear music, youtube and other sounds from my phone. But I can still hear the ringtone and alarm clock.

    Since the speaker seems still fine, have you checked the volume setting? Android has multiple volume settings, like call, ringtone, alarm, and media (and possibly a few more).
