How to get device manager detection in fastboot mode Hisense 43A6H Google Android 11 TV from Windows 11?

I used the command adb connect Android.local to connect to the TV using a male-to-male USB cable and it detected the TV, and I can issue all adb commands from within the operating system, but it does not show up in the device manager while inside Android on the TV in ADB mode.

However, my goal is to first find out if I can unlock the Mediatek MTK MT9612 bootloader and backup the entire operating system using certain apps that can provide the scatter file for SP Flash Tool, so I can receive the boot.img and patch it with Magisk and root my TV, is my ultimate goal.

If anyone can help me with the drivers for MTK, I'd appreciate it. I disabled driver signature enforcement and tried to install the latest MTK drivers but I receive an error: "The hash for the file is not present in the specified catalog file".

My OS: Windows 11 Pro x64.

Supposedly tried the latest drivers from https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb but specifically used the OEM drivers for MTK. Although I manually installed the Google drivers successfully, they didn't start because the device was not being detected in the device manager.

Re: your request start here android.stackexchange.com/tour t5o understand how it works and why this isn't a forum but a Q&A site. Furthermore, "I" is always capitalized, "TV" as well and also "USB", etc. There shouldn't be any space between the end of a word and the punctuation mark. There should be ONE space after a period or other mark and please, for the sake of readability, do use paragraphs. Mar 19 at 12:07
