My Crystal View Android Tablet wont turn on all the way, it shows a few power on screens but then stops on the Android loading screen and stays there, What do i do?

  • Welcome to the Android Enthusiasts, Johnetta! We will need more details to help you: Did this problem exist from the beginning? If not, what were the last changes you've done (installing something, changed settings, etc.)? What do you mean by "power on screens"? A factory-reset is very likely to solve the issue, but maybe there are other ways without deleting all you data, apps, and settings. – Izzy Dec 29 '13 at 14:21
  • Thank you! Um, no the tablet worked perfectly fine for about a month if i had to guess, before this problem occurred,Right before this problem happened i had just, literally just connected an UBS cord to my kindle, and the tablet shut down, i unplugged the cord and tried too turn it back on, the screen lit up with the Android Logo for a few seconds, then moved on to the Crystal View screen for a few seconds, and then progressed to the Android loading screen & stayed until the battery died, this problem has occurred since then, and im so confused; Also how can i go about a "Factory reset"? – Johnetta James Dec 30 '13 at 22:44
  • If you can live with "making your tab virgin again", I recommend checking our factory-reset tag-wiki for some first aid. Sounds really strange: simply plugging in a USB cable shouldn't do that (never heard such). – Izzy Dec 31 '13 at 0:24
