If I go to Storage settings, it says I have 2.36 GB of Internal Cellphone Memory; I've installed 359 MB of Apps (including the fabric ones), cleared cahcé already, and on Settings it says I'm using 1,32 GB of the 2,36 aviable.

I've installed DiskUsage to check on what's taking so much space, and it says my total Internal Memory is 1329 MiB, it's like I'm missing an ENTIRE gigabite of the data I should have, yet my siste's phone (same model, Alcatel M'Pop) doesn't have this issue. Why?

On a note, she has only installed Songify and Wassapp.

  • Maybe that app actually shows your current free space.. Did you check that on both phones? – abhinandanbr Jul 28 '14 at 17:53
  • I think @abhinandanbr is on the right track, but the wrong way around: DiskUsage is only telling you about the space that's used on your storage, not the total capacity. – Dan Hulme Jul 28 '14 at 20:19
