I have Qmobile i12 android handset which is basically explay neo set but qmobile company has installed their own firmware in it and are selling it with name of their brand Qmobile i12. Yesterday I installed chainfire 3d software in it and once I launched the chainfire 3d software i installed the driver that was asked to be installed by chainfire 3d software, i installed it and the phone after finishing installation restarted. It booted up but just got stuck on the qmobile i12 noir logo all the time until the battery drained. I resetted the phone with the recovery option but nothing went well. I have no idea what to do to fix the problem. Please help me out I am in serious trouble.

Thanks

  • Have you cleared the cache too, during clearing data in Recovery mode? – Kunal Oct 7 '14 at 9:50
  • @Pankaj yes I have cleared the cache too. and also turned off the phone and then turned it on but it was still stuck on the noir logo . – Jamal Hussain Oct 7 '14 at 9:56
  • I think it has something to do with your OS. Try flashing a new OS. Atleast you haven't bricked your phone – Kunal Oct 7 '14 at 9:58
  • If you can guide me how to flash specifically qmobile i12 with jellybean or kitkat ? – Jamal Hussain Oct 7 '14 at 10:01

Reinstall your firmware using Odin with PC while your phone is at download mode. If you're a Samsung user, you can find your phone's firmware at SamMobile. If others, Google for it.

Chainfire 3D is a OpenGL driver intended for Gingerbread and below devices and is not recommended to run on anything newer (HC+).

The app replaces the builtin drivers in system partition with a custom one.

As your device does not support this driver, you are experiencing issues booting

Check if factory images is available for your device either from OEM or from third party or try this link i found from a quick google search here.

Don't worry, your phone is stuck in a boot loop or soft bricked. So I would suggest you to download a good recovery like TWRP or CWM on your system. I think so you would be able to enter into fastboot mode on your device. Then install fastboot on your system, then navigate to the directory where your recovery.img is situated and type the following command

fastboot boot recovery.img

This command should boot up your recovery then do a full wipe and install your new firmare.

If you have any problems comment below.
