Try Contacts Dialer. That is the only dialer app that I found that offered Facebook support, looked reliable, and offers the most extra features. I personally don't use Facebook so I can't test them to see if one or the other will allow you to choose which photo to display, but it should. If not, leave it a three or four star review and let them know you'll update to five stars after the feature is added (a little incentive never hurts). Hope this helps!
