How can I disable "Simulate Secondary Display" when the simualted secondary display prevents me from reaching the button?

I'm like getting more stupid in time. My dad gifts me a smart watch(fake), running android 9.0. but when I look at that, the screen resolution is only 240x240 making it much harder to read and type (yes I have to type on a keyboard that has a key smaller than a pencil, and a slight misalignment touch), It has a lot of features turned off. I tried the developer option and turn some features on, but accidentally I touch "simulate secondary display" and put a display on the screen. but the screen is very small and I can't reach to "off" option. I have tried recovery mode but can't because it doesn't show the command, just show a text "No Command", boot to fastboot to make it stop response after that it auto restart. I try anything I can't make it disappear. now I'm stuck with a second screen. Is there any way I can go to turn that off, please I don't want my dad to see this.
