How can I disable "Simulate Secondary Display" when the simulated secondary display prevents me from reaching the button?

My dad gifted me a smartwatch(h1-c-aladeng) running Android 9.0. When I look at that, the screen resolution is only 240x240 making it much harder to read and type (yes, I have to type on a keyboard that has a key smaller than a pencil, and a slight misalignment touch), and it has a lot of features turned off. I tried the developer option and turned some features on, but I accidentally touched "simulate secondary display" and put a display on the screen, but the screen is very small and I can't reach to "off" option.

I have tried recovery mode but can't because it doesn't show the command, just showing a text "No Command". Boot to fastboot to make it stop response, after that it auto restarts. I try anything I can't make it disappear. Now I'm stuck with a second screen.

Is there any way I can go to turn that off?

Edit: I have an idea. I can connect to my phone using a micro to type c USB cable. Is there an app that can config the option of the OTG device?
