I cannot repeat this bug, but i can see in the log of my calls.

The last monday i called a friend with a number beginning with 328... (Wind provider, italy).
As it seems from the log, i called the numbero +328... and this was an international call in belgium, and in facts some people answered me in french. 

I tried to repeat the bug, but without success. I only know that in some (rare) occasions the plus sign is automatically added to the call. This is causing me a trouble because i don't want to pay undesired calls.

How to avoid that ? I can say that I never digit manually the number, I always choose it from some contact widget menu.
