Try [Contacts Dialer][1] or [Contakts Address Book][2]. Those are the only two dialer apps that I found that offered Facebook support and looked reliable. I personally don't use Facebook so I can't test them to see if one or the other will allow you to choose which photo to display, but I'm pretty confident one of them will. If not, leave both of them a three or four star review and let them know you'll update to five stars after the feature is added (a little incentive never hurts). Hope this helps!
