I need to add a link to my home screen and I can't find a way to add the specific link.  

I know that I can do the following:

 1. Go to the URL
 2. Click the three dots 
 3. Add to home screen

However, if I navigate to a specific URL **within** weather underground.com and follow the above process, it doesn't add the specific URL, it adds `www.weatherunderground.com` and doesn't seem to give me any way to edit that URL to reference the specific subpage (e.g. `www.weatherunderground.com/my/specific/url`)

I'm using Chrome on Android 10.  Firefox appeared to have the same behavior.
