OS updates are provided by the device manufacturer. They are retrieved directly by the device and don't require any user account. The only requirement for an OS update is a working Internet connection and enough free space on the device.

If you are unable to remove the device from the Device activity section of your Google account because the red button doesn't show up, go instead to Google Security Checkup and expand Your devices, then tap on the 3 dots on the side of the device you want to remove to select the option.

I had a similar issue moving from Germany to the UK and spent over an hour on the phone with Google support. In addition to what others already wrote above, I had to do two things: Cancel any Google subscriptions you have on your old profile (I had to cancel my Google Play Music Family Plan) Make sure you not only add a new country profile on pay.google....

No, you can't. However for games, based on this answer: the answer is it depends "on how the game data is saved by the developer" For most games, no, you can't move their progress from one account to another. But, some games do have that ability. You'll have to check with the developer of each game directly to see if they have coded that ability ...

There are two ways to do it. Method 1 - Ugly If your phone supports multiple sessions (I mean this), then disable GApps except Google Photos in the new user session. Method 2 - Better Use Parallel Space and just run the Google Photos A.P.K. in it I'm not sure here but I think if you are a privileged user you can direct the sign in to a webview. As ...

You have to add the second Gmail account to the Google Photos app separately. You can upload photos to this account by switching to it from within the app. To add the account just open the hamburger menu from the left of the Google Photos app, click on the downward facing arrow next to your user name and then select the Add account option.

But I believe you can still create a payments profile and use your existing card (German, Canadian) in the new account. Or better just buy Google Play gift cards (the offline scratchable ones). It ...

UPDATE I likely won't install the ADK and Emulator as I was able to resolve the issue without it. The solution to the problem was to acknowledge all recent logins into my account. The reason it wanted extra verification was that I had already passed 2FA, but since that login was not acknowledged (via my recover email), it took all 2FA as "tainted". This ...
