Got it fixed :D with thanks to Izzy and Chahk I did a lot of things so I'm not sure if I write down every step I took, but I hope it will help other users someday. This is what I did. You can install it, First of all try to update to a new TWRP version if possible like you installed it before. It is normal. It could have been because your daughter was playing a game on the phone, or just taking up a lot of processing power. Also, having one's hands on the back of the phone also does not help. I've had this issue with multiple devices when playing games specifically.

In the CyanogenMod zip's updater script, remove the entire assert() line. That will remove the device identity verification and will let the recovery commence flashing immediately.
