It seems that this answer (by Void) worked well for OP. You can setup your device to connect to "4G LTE" only by using the following steps:
In dialer, press *#*#4636#*#*
Go to Phone Information
Scroll down to Set preferred network type: and tap the entry below it.
Choose LTE only.
Optionally: Tap Turn off radio → Turn on radio
If you cannot ...
Gmail > Settings > select account with labels > Manage Labels > Select each label and uncheck "label notifications" that way the only notification you get is when it gets to the inbox, not a double notification for inbox AND the label
In the case you weren't eager to look at the research, here's the solution.
In the same folder of your Odin executable, you'll find a file called Odin3.ini. Being it a configuration file, it defines the behaviour Odin should meet at startup. What we're interested into, though, is to examine its content, so fire up your text editor of choice and open the ...
Since no one has responded in the time it took me to do my own little experiment I wanted to post what I found.
I found that I needed a new battery. The new battery can maintain the needed voltage down to single percentages where as, depending on what I was doing on my phone, the old battery would allow my phone to die with little to no warning like I ...
If you really want to take lossless photographs, you should look for a camera app with RAW support. Typically, you would be working with a .dng file, instead of a .png file. RAW photos are lossless and uncompressed, which is what you're looking for, and (as the name suggests) captures the raw data from the camera's sensor.
The Lollipop Camera2 API includes ...
According to Samsung's specification, the Note 4 supports UHD 4K video (3840 x 2160 pixels) @30 fps and pictures up to 16 megapixel (a little bit (4MP) more than 4K).
So you can actually record 4K videos and pictures, but note that they have to follow the standards (pictures are usually 4:3 or 3:2 and videos 16:9). That's it.
As per GSMarena, Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has Removable Li-Ion 3220 mAh battery.
So, it doesn't affect your device anyhow if you change your battery to a new one.
Removable battery are easy to change. You can buy one from any Samsung Authorised store nearby. However,
before going to remove battery off the device, make sure to turn off your device to prevent ...
Do you have the Developer Options settings enabled on your phone? If you do, go to Settings >> Developer Options >> Stay Awake. If that option is checked, then your phone will never sleep while charging. Uncheck it.
Also, in Settings >> Display >> Daydream >> When to Activate (at bottom),do you have Daydream set to activate while charging? It's possible ...
If you have root, you can edit your build.prop file. There even apps from the Play Store to do that for you. When changing LCD density (DPI), be cautious to what you change it to. Lower the value too much and items will be unreadable, also making the system unstable with certain apps. The Play Store might fail to work. As with everything, perform a backup ...
Samsung devices usually have no locked bootloader so you won't remove that. Official updates do however remove any trace of a working root.Your device is nowhere near a developer device but more a custom device served with a custom firmware of Verizon noticeable on the V in your model no.
Because of that custom Verizon model it is possible that the ...
The way I fixed this was to check the box for "Skip the Inbox (Archive it)" when I made the filter and label with the custom sound. That way the message is only in one place and therefore only one sound is played.
Hope this helps. =)
2 options , both worked for Me when i had the Same issue:

Replacing the battery does not typically erase data on the phone. What phone are we talking about? If it has a removable battery, it should be very easy to swap out and swap in batteries.
Having said that, always power down the phone first, before you take the battery off.
Settings → Applications → Settings Button near top right corner of your screen (do not scroll down and find settings under the list of apps) → Default Apps → SMS App → choose another option to eliminate pop ups and identify which app is not working properly after the upgrade. After you delete or update the app causing the error, you can go back to your ...
Sim unlock (being able to use different carriers) is not bootloader unlock or root. The SM-N910A cannot be rooted. You can root the T-Mobile version (SM-N910T). Your phone will update to Marshmallow baseband version N910AUCS2EQH1 when you check for updates with an AT&T sim card installed.
I know this is already 5 months old, but for future reference
1. It sounds like you already have ODIN so I won't bother linking that, but just double check you have the latest version here
2. You will need your stock firmware so you can find that here. Just make sure you download the proper firmware for your region.
If you get one file, it will have ...
This depends on the mail configuration. For instance in Gmail, you can go to settings and configure how many days of mail you want to be displayed.
This has nothing to do with your phone model or Android Version
In order to simulate a wifi connection on 3g/4g (assuming you are rooted), you additionally need Xposed framework installed and install Hack connectivity service tool.
You then choose wifi and activate traces
This module forces the Connectivity manager to return Wi-Fi networking info as active.

I don't stream videos using mobile browsers but I guess MP4 and WEBM are still the most common formats used by websites. At least for these two extensions Firefox would play the file in its default player rather than giving you the option to choose an external app to play that file.
Thankfully, Firefox didn't choose to hard-code this behavior in its code so ...
I had the same issue, my unlock setup was with the fingerprint reader and the lock screen had live wallpaper of the current weather. At the bottom of that is the "flickr" ad which links to the corresponding photo on Flickr. If you touch that with your finger somehow before swiping your print, it will open when you unlock your phone.
Two choices I found: ...
There are many ways to disable OTA's, all depending on your particular device and AOS version etc. However, most ways require you to be root. Then the most easy way is to use the package managers built-in block function, which blocks packages. Use it like: pm block <package name>. E.g. pm block com.sec.android.fotaclient, would block the FotaClient.apk....
So I couldn't get my Note 4 or Galaxy Tab3 recognized by my computer recently.
The real crazy answer is that it had to do with my USB PORTS! I had too many devices hooked up to the USB ports on my computer and there wasn't enough juice to communicate! Once I disconnected a bunch of devices and tried various ports again, it worked! It must not have been ...
I tried the download mode thing and that didn't work. I was using some random micro usb cord that I had laying around. I decided to try the factory cord and my computer immediately recognized the phone was plugged into it and I was able to access everything on the device.
Had the same issue with my Note 4. Tried out various techniques/solutions found online such as installing drivers, activating developer options, using code *#0808#, resetting to factory settings etc. None worked. I eventually put the phone into download mode to attempt to root it (by powering off then pressing the home key, volume down button and power ...
