Unfortunately I also don't know a way how to configure the format used by the system screenshot function that can be triggered via Volume-Down + Power.
However if you can trigger your screenshots via adb and the screencap command let you choose which image format is used. You can select if by the file extension:
If you don'...
I am not sure why Samsung support would tell you that a full charge cycle is less than an hour... All references I have found, like this one, indicate a normal charge time from 0-50% of around 36-40 minutes, and a full charge cycle from 0-100% would be in the range of 1hr 37min to 1hr 45min using the stock A/C wired charging adapter.
There are many possible ...
You can achieve that using a third-party data usage application like 3G Watchdog
With 3G Watchdog you can have finer breakdown of data usage down to individuals application with options to view data usage per period including real time, day, week or month.
So I did a bit of digging and found two related threads describing your problem:
User Friendly Solution
As you've described you had transferred over your settings from a different device and the 'Night Light' settings were hidden by the Samsung software.
The most user friendly way is from Reddit:

I have a fair amount of experience using and testing IP68 waterpoof phones. Here are my experiences.
I personally have had quite a bit of success with them in several different types of environments. When getting a new one, here's what I do before I put any data on it:
I charge it up and turn it on. I make sure it works before testing.
I set the display ...
When the SSID is shared, the access point is responsible for band steering.
Dual band operation with Band Steering detects clients capable of 5
GHz operation and steers them to that frequency which leaves the more
crowded 2.4 GHz band available for legacy clients.
Enable band steering in your WiFi controller.
Yes this can done. I recently updated guide to remove Bixby using adb.
Assuming you've adb installed on your machine, you can run following command to get packages related to Bixby.
adb shell pm list packages | findstr "bixby"
adb shell pm list packages | grep "bixby"
Next step is to uninstall those packages for the current user (that ...
Its not blurred wallpaper, it applied two wallpapers, one for lock screen and other for home screen.

I am currently using a Galaxy S10+, and I was using a Galaxy Note 8 before that. Both phones support rotating the homescreen to landscape in their native launcher, but it is disabled by default. I am going to assume your Galaxy S9 supports this as well. Try the following:
Go to Settings > Display > Homescreen. Then look for a setting related to rotation.
I can now confirm that the S9+ supports a 1 TB μSD card just fine.
After a colleague had outfitted his phone with a 512 GB card, I decided to give it a try, because it was already above the limit Samsung claimed was supported but well below the limit one should expect for SDXC (see my question).
Edit (February 2021): Due to the other answer which appeared ...
The actions in these answer are from a Galaxy Note 8 which is nearly identical to your device. Unfortunately I do not know any way to sync them and as far as I know, it is not possible. However, I can explain this behavior.
The clipboard is a feature of the keyboard which is nothing but an application that registers itself as an Input Method with the ...
That section is showing predicted apps. This feature was introduced in Android 9, along with their changes to the recent apps screen. I'm not sure if there's a common name for that UI element, but I found relevant info when searching for "predicted app drawer" and "app suggestions".
AFAIK, you can't customize this - the apps that appear ...
This is option is not for user’s control. It’s default for all smartphones.
The main purpose is to alert the user when their phone shuts down otherwise there is a chance that users may not know whether their phone is off or on.
So OEM provides this feature as default and cannot be controlled until the phone is rooted. Rooting a phone will give you a full ...
The data of the power supply indicates that it is compliant with the USB Power Delivery Standard (USB-PD). If it has an USB logo there should be some sort of "power flash" within that logo to indicate that it supports USB-PD.
The USB Power Delivery standard defines backward compatibility, this means that by default the charger will output 5V and only ...
@JinaneK was on the correct path suggesting to used Ctrl+Z. You will need to install a keyboard that has Ctrl key such as Hacker's Keyboard if your keyboard app does not have it.
After you delete a text, open Hacker's Keyboard (if it was not already opened), press Ctrl (you will see an indication on the key that it is activated, on my phone, the indication ...
MTP is crap for that task – OK for a few files in "small folders", but stalling for folders with many files in, or copying many files, or trying things in parallel.
As you use Linux, ADB would be a great alternative. I use that with adbfs-rootless, which allows mounting the device locally on your computer and works like a charm (I'm using it for years, so I ...
The only conceivable way I can think to achieve this would be the use of some kind of external USB DAC (digital-to-analogue converter), which involves routing the audio out through the USB C port
I've successfully done this using a cheap adapter-type "soundcard" (the 'Sabrent Aluminum USB External 3D Stereo Sound Adapter', bought on Amazon), which involved ...
Quoted from an earlier answer of mine:
Ultimate Rotation Control forces any app - even those that don't
support a certain orientation - into any orientation. It also supports
setting on a per-app basis.
However, note that even if you could force an app to show in landscape, the app itself might not actually support it, and the layout could look ...
I'm not sure regarding the default UI settings as I use Nova Launcher myself (on a stock Samsung Note 8). For Nova Launcher though -- root not required -- you would go into Nova Settings > Look & Feel > Scrren Oreintation and set to desired settings, such as Auto-Rotate. I noted that the default value is set to "System Default", which does not rotate. ...
You can disable the Bixby button by using
Bixbi Button Remapper - bxActions. This allows you to remap the button to another action.
As for disabling Bixby altogether, I am unsure of how to do it. There were mentions of using Package Disabler Pro+(Paid app) to disable it. I do not know if this will work, but people keep recommending it.
Another mention ...
Not sure if it is an error on your end or Sammobiles. You did however appear to have flashed EVR firmware variant instead of Blu firmware variant.
Carefully check and re-download the Blu firmware variant and flash again through Odin.
Thinking about it though, as long as the CSC you are changing it from is not included in the CSC you are flashing, otherwise ...
