i I lost my phone please help to locate it

hello iI have lost my phone and iI used the Samsung account to locate it, but it didntdidn't work also i. Also, I told the police using the imeiIMEI number of the phone in. In the same day iI looked into Android Device Manager, but it showshowed nothing even its beeing. Even it being stolen on 4/5 and the phone turenedturned on on 8/5 cozbecause my friend saw my viber acc one can iViber account once. Can I at listleast locate the last time my phone was turned on to find my phone?
