Is there any toola way through which I can connect two devices ( via wifivia Wi-Fi or bluetoothBluetooth ) and check application`sapplications' updates from each other?

I used to use SHAREit for this purpose but after update, it does not notify application updates and its older versions doesdo not work on androidAndroid 8! thanks in advance

Application update localy via wifi

Is there any tool which can connect two devices ( via wifi or bluetooth ) and check application`s updates from each other?
