lost Lost .vcf file while doing factory reset ,i want to get back my .vcf file can I recover it?

i didI performed a factory reset inon my andriod phone,iLenovo A390. I forgot to keep backup forbackups of my contacts,i and I lost .vcf file.how to get back thata .vcf file

i have lenovo A390 phone,accidentally factory restore buton was clicked by and my friends kid,when i searched i didnt find any contacts,nor are gone.vcf file,i I have important official documensdocuments and contacts,again it is impossible to find out all this,please help me.
