I checked Termux, it looks great, but requires Android 5.0 at minimum. I have a phone running 4.4. :-(

It is just a regural app, it should be at the same place where your other apps are. In my case it is located in a folder with other utilities such as Lamp, Voice Recorder, etc. (but my phone is not Samsung so it maybe somewhere else on yours). If it is not there try looking at the settings. It is very unlikely that you don't have one on your phone.
