@Firelord OK I may have found a possible solution for it Only if you have Comcast / XFinity, the app XFinity Wi-Fi apparently has permission to toggle Wi-Fi on without user interaction so check it's settings and see if you can change it or uninstall the app altogether. And by the way the only reason I say XFinity Wi-Fi is because it's the only app I have tested as your results may differ in conclusion find the app in question to look and see if any apps can toggle Wi-Fi
OK all apps store some form of data about where you are in a game (I e save file), in an app, what changes were made like adding Wi-Fi connection (I e ssid Random name and password, random password) as well as Bluetooth devices and basically anything else. Clearing all data would make it like the app was just opened for the first time
@Cowdhury I have tried Force Stop ignoring the warning as now is passively working (don't know how to explain it any better as the app is still running with force stop greayed out) tried clearing all data, using other applications to keep the perferd activity setter disabled now the only solution is root and remove
Unfortunately this option is not yet available for mobile devices and the comment from harlandski is not a valid solution as doing so will cause the app to be like a fresh install and or use and download all (I.e. 600) emails and do nothing for solving your issue. There is a walk around by using chrome browser and setting it into Request Desktop Site(doesn't always work) and logging in and select all for deletion
It may be due to the device thinking it is offline as the grayed out portion is that of songs not in Cache or songs not downloaded for offline listening
