Why was this down voted? I am using my USA Nexus 7 with a Singapore Google account/credit card while in Japan and a lot of the text is in Japanese (featured sales and some games e.g. Sonic 4). So it does seem to be by IP.
It is checked by default. It failed downloading half of the apps on my Nexus 7 due to the internet going out. So I tried to reset it again...but this time it only tried to download the half that completed the last time. Good bye Broken Sword saves :'(
