List of installed apps not showing in Settings
You can use adb for that (please see the corresponding tag-wiki for details on what ADB is and how to get it working on your computer):

HTC One (M8) blinking red notification light
Make sure the snap on the bottom of the battery connector is seated properly. Hold your finger on the connector while you set the screws.
